There are however three National Wildlife Refuges, one National Park and ---- State Parks in the state of New Hampshire. 26th August 1995 Heading into New Hampshire . from Scarborough , Maine. to Portland , New Hampshire . via Rye Harbour , New Hampshire . 171 miles. Spent a great day fishing off the breakwater at Rye Harbour, NH. Planned on camping at Wal-Mart, Seabrook, New Hampshire. There was a ‘No Camping’ sign – The first we’ve seen. We were moved on by the sheriff (we knew we would!) so ended up ar the other Wal-Mart in Portland ! Bought Jean a boat rod to complete her fishing tackle bag!
